A question about ESADE admission office

Hey, I am applying for international management master in ESADE. The deadline to apply was 9th of april and I sent all the required documents before that date. After that, I sent a mail to admission office to check whether my documents reached to them or not. I sent the mail and 2 more mails to admission office but they did not respond. Moreover, I called them through the phone but I could not reach again. Moreover, ESADE has a website for applicants to check their status and in my status, it still says that I need to send the required documents as soon as possible.
Is there anyone else who lives same kind of trouble. Also what can possible be the reason? And the last question, it has been 4 days since my first mail. Do I have any other option to reach the school?

It can take a while for the admission office to get back to applicants. From two weeks to maybe a month or so. Sometimes they're out of the office and can't get to internet. Try waiting it out a bit for 2-4 weeks and then perhaps you can try contacting them again.

Call them till they answer. It's the best way to make sure.
