Yes!,Finally.. I crossed the 700 mark, I feel like a million bucks, and I'm all set to work on my 5-6 applications.

My trajectory: 570 > 670 > 710 (V 39 ; Q48)

My 1st attempt was after self study, using a buch of hand me down books, I was scoring ~ 700 on my practice tests, but I don't know what went wrong, I got a 570.!

2nd attempt: I took the a GMAT prep class, found it somewhat useful, got a 670. Was even more frustreated than the 1st time.

3rd attempt: I took 2 months to study, and hired an ace online tutor.. this is what took me over the top.. my tutor was able to pin point my weaknesses and helped me cross my threshold and get into the promised land.. I got a 710!! For those people who need a push to cross the 700 mark, this is what helps the best I think.

I'm so happy!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck to you all..

Congrats!!! Third time was the charm for me as well. It also gave me a better appreciation for how difficult it is to achieve a 700+ score. Good luck with apps!!!
