What schools do I have a realistic shot of getting into?

Well I would say that all of these schools are realistic, but you will have to deal with that GPA. It's good you were working fulltime, as that will help out your story. Since you are applying this year and your GPA is an issue, I would say trying to retake the GMAT and even getting 20 points higher could be very helpful (more is even better) although you could reasonably apply with a 680 to those schools, but there's no reason why you should not take every advantage you can get.

As for your goals, it's something to think about - what previous experience do you have in the field you want to move into? Why do you want to move into this field?

You can easily get into HEC Montreal McGill wouldbe bit harder but doable
