Need guidance

by sunnymbadream » Wed Mar 21, 2012 5:49 am
Hi,

Myself sunny from New Delhi, India. I plan to write the GMAT in August. I am from Humanites background with quite a bit work ex in a variety of domains like Content writing, presales, elearning and project management.

Now i plan to join the Veritas Classroom coaching in New Delhi (Whiteglow consulting conducts this). I have a concern. Will really appreciate if someone from Veritas guides me on this.

I am totally out of studies for the last 8 years almost and specially maths. So for me its like starting again from the basics. Now i am not sure about the level of proficiency required for the classroom coaching. Sales people will always say that we will take care but I have seen enough instances where people who were completely out of touch with studies struggling to keep pace with the class. So will it be advisable if i spend a month brushing up the basics and then joining the course. I feel it will be better for me as then i will be able to participate better in the class and ask more intelligent questions. Somebody please guide me. Time is flying for me.

One more thing. Incase someone know some other GMAT coaching institute other than Veritas in Delhi/South Delhi area pls let me know. I will chk it out. My weakness is maths.

regards
sunny
