Chances of being accepted or waitlisted for UCLA Round 2?

To whom it may concern:

I applied to UCLA's full-time program round 2 on January 10 with a GMAT score of 660 and a 3.55 undergraduate GPA. In addition, I listed on my app that I was re-taking on Jan 19th. Since then, (on Jan 19th) I have raised my score to a 710 (42, 95% verbal, 44, 66% quant, and a 5.5 on the essays) and have successfully completed Prof. Peter Regan's MBA Math course. My work history includes 2 1/2 years in the media and entertainment business in LA and 1 year experience in advertising in Chicago. As stated in my app, I hope to return to the entertainment business in LA.

What do you think the chances are:

a.) that admissions has seen this new information

AND

b.) of being wait listed at UCLA?

Thanks for your post. Great job increasing your GMAT score, I'm sure UCLA was glad to see you improved. In regard to your request on your chances for admit/waitlist at UCLA, it's is really difficult for me to speculate such a thing especially without having read your essays. Given your stats you do indeed seem competitive for admission. Were you granted an interview? An interview would greatly increase your chance of success. The good news is that you won't have to wait much longer to hear from UCLA since their notification deadline is approaching.
