B/C - uses also - usage of also along with both seems redundant.
D - wrong idiom
Between A and E would go with E as it has perfect parallelism - both of X and of Y.

IMO E.

What is the source of the question.
Well, IMO it is B

(A) of drug dependency and others' prejudicial treatment as well. - Usage of "others'" is not required here
(B) both of drug dependency and also of prejudicial treatment - Both of X and also of Y - Parallelism
(C) both of drug dependency and also from prejudicial treatment. -> Both of X and also from Y is incorrect structure for parallelism
(D) both of drug dependency but also from prejudicial treatment. -> Both of X But Also from Y is incorrect structure for parallelism
(E) both of drug dependency and of prejudicial treatment as well. - Though option E is perfect example of parallelism, the "as well" at the end is redundant

Can You please reveal the source name. I would rather keep myself away from such sources. This is a horrible Question.

Thank You.
