Is there any overlap in questions between the OG 12th edition and the "The Official Guide for GMAT Verbal Review 2nd edition" and the "The Official Guide for GMAT Quantitative Review 2nd edition" books?

No. (I think there is actually 1 question repeated. An accident.)

There *is* about a 2/3 overlap between the 12 edition and the 11th edition.
