Organizational Management a good choice?

I have around 5 years of experience. I am planning to choose MBA schools based on the specializations they offer, I am not sure, which area of M.B.A will involve a lot of psychological study along with business. Can someone help? I am looking preferably in UK.

Organizational Management - How is the scope for this area? What will be the nature of work?
