An MBA Program for the Energy Industry??

by NYC493 » Mon Apr 11, 2011 1:19 pm
Hi Everyone,

I'm racking my brain here looking for a top 30 or 40 MBA program with a concentration which could be relevant to someone making a career transition into the energy industry.

Specifically, I am inerested in breaking into renewables and cleantech.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and sure would save me a whole lot of time surfing B-school sites!!

Thanks all

I am not sure about the rankings of B-Schools, but I guess Rice & Cox are B-Schools in texas which are into it.

McCombs in Austin and Rice in Houston are top energy programs. Duke, Michigan and Berkely are also programs with energy focuses that you should inquire about as well. McCombs, however, is known to have the top energy program in the country and has many, many resources.
