Not crossing 650 mark!!

Hi all,
I am bit desperate here, so if I am posting in incorrect folder, please let me know.
My gmat scores are not crossing the 650 mark. I have been studying for 4 months now and have registered for final exam on 10th Feb 2012. But consistently I am hovering on 650 mark, its not moving ahead.. Below are my scores:
Gmat prep (2) - 650(42,38)
MGMAT 1A - 610 (44,31)
MGMAT 2A - 650 (44,35)
MGMAT 3A - 620 (37,37)
MGMAT 4A - 640 (43,35)
Gmat prep (1) - 640 (47,31) ( couldnt complete last q in verbal )

Either I score good in Quant or in Verbal, both together is not happening...
I want to score around 50 in Quant and 40 in Verbal... but its not happening at the same time...

My quant is strong, so I keep doing problems here and there nothing focused. I focus on few topics which I think I lack from my CAT reviews. I have done all MGMAT books for quant and verbal...
I have completed all OG quant and verbal qs. And almost completed all OG 12 questions... have kept some to go through remaining weeks. I am working so its hard to give full focused time everyday...
Although I have not kept an error log for OG questions (which I came to know too late), I have religiously followed the error log of my exams and follow up with those.

Can anyone give me any tips or advice to improve my score beyond this??

This is almost word-for-word from another post of mine, but I feel strongly about it, so I'm going to repeat it.

I'd say the most important thing you can do, honestly, is not focus on those practice test scores. There are so many stories of people either scoring highly on practice tests and being disappointed with their actual scores, or scoring lower on practice tests and then being pleasantly surprised by their real GMAT score. I was in the latter camp - I just stopped taking practice tests, because I didn't want "their" number in my head . . . I wanted the score that I was aspiring to in my head.

The real test is different than the practice tests, regardless of how good those practice tests may be. There's just no benefit to being anxious about those numbers - they aren't the ones that count. Go into the test confident, smiling, and ready to give it your all. You just may be as pleasantly surprised as I was.

Dont base your decision on the MGMAT scores, I scored on MGMAT verbal always below 35 and on the GMATPREPS i have scored always above 35. IMO the MGMAT verbal is more difficult than the real one.

Focus on the Official guides those are the best.

I want to echo the idea of de-emphasizing the test scores. Every test-prep-provider is guessing about how difficult their questions are, and how the GMAT scoring algorithm works. Focus on your process and your error log.
