As x is divisible by 15 (= 3*5), x is divisible by both 3 and 5.
Now x is divisible by 5 but not by 20 (= 4*5).

Hence, x is not divisible by 4.
Hence, x will not be divisible by any multiple of 4.
Only such option is 12.

The correct answer is C.
