A sales person wants to start five cars with their keys, but he doesn't know the right keys to them. If he starts the five cars with the five keys randomly, which of the following cannot be the number of the cars that he exactly starts?
A.0
B.2
C.3
D.4
E.5

Option D-4
this means if exactly 4 cars start, 1 car doesnt start.
if 4 keys are correctly arranged to their cars, then the last key would be used to start the last car.. hence exactly 5 cars would start not 4
