How to improve my GMAT score from 530 to 100+

Hi ALL,
Please guide me how to improve my gmat score.I gave gmat twice and got 530 both time.So got fed up of it and gave GRE got 1070 and I am applying for MS in US.Please anyone guide me,After my MS i am planning to give GMAT.MY RC and reasoning is very low haw to improve them??I need a study plan for it.
