preparation advice please!

hello,
i would be taking the GMAT on 25th of Feb this year and have just begin with the preparations a week ago.i scored 640 on the 1st GMATprep test and 680 on the other. quant score was 46 and 49, verbal score was 31, 33. kindly advice me how to go about it since there is not much time left!
help me out!!!

Probably a decent idea to spend some more time on verbal, with your percentile scores between 58 and 66%. Your quant is between 73 and 85% so you are stronger there. The one warning is that you want to keep your quant above the 80th%tile if you are looking at top schools, so don't give up completely. Probably something like 60/40 verbal/quant until you get your verbal up a bit. Good luck.
