Below is my profile bakground:-

Age:-31 years
Background:-Indian IT guy with 7.5 years of experience.6 years of US Experience.
Team lead for 4 years.Working with one of the best Indian IT company and top US bank as client for all these years.
GMAT range:-650-680(going to appear in last week of Dec)

Can you let me know if I have a chance to get admitted into top 20 US MBA Schools.

Hello vikassingh03, thanks for your question.

I think you are already aware of this, but your GMAT could potentially be a significant liability for your candidacy, given that you come from an overrepresented demographic in the MBA applicant pool that scores disproportionately high on that test. Have you considered retaking it to get a better score?

Second, given your age and level of experience, have you considered an executive program?
