Hi,
This si Nimisha Garg and I am working with an MNC in IT industry .I have around 6 yrs of exp and I am ineterested in Giving GMAT. Could you please evaluate my profile and guide me how to start my preparation.

Nimisha--tough to evaluate your profile without more information. If you are from India, you are applying from a very deep applicant pool, so you need to start now to differentiate yourself, since with only the information you provided, your profile looks very similar to tens of thousands of other applicants. As for GMAT prep, you can get free practice tests from GMAC as well as from VEritas Prep, where they also have very robust prep courses to offer test takers.
