Can somebody throw some light on the approach for the below Darden's essay
"Share your perspective on leadership in the workplace and describe how it has been shaped by the increasing influence of globalization."(500 words maximum)

Doubt:
Is it OK if i give a detail example of my Leadership experience in a situation outside my home country ? Or am i expected to speak in general about the influence of globalization on Leadership ?

You should definitely as you suggested take a story of your own, which will show off your leadership, but just because you are leading abroad doesn't SHOW us how it is influenced by globalization. Meaning you still gotta attack that question head-on, meaning address how that specific story has been shaped by "the increasing influence of globalization"
