An overly centralized economy ,not the changes in the climate, is responsible for the poor agricultural production in country x since its new government came to power.Neighbouring country y has experienced the climatic conditions,but while agricultural production has been falling in country x, it has been rising in country y.

Which of the following,if trye,would most weaken the argument above?

Errr, anyhow, yes I would go with D here. Climate changes could have different affects on different crop types. It's the only choice that does weaken the argument. F isn't sufficiently worded. When did the deficient seeds come into general use? Before, after, or at the same time as the overly centralized economic planning came in to play?
