A says about the no. of people that attended the seminar and nothing much. Insufficent
B talks only about the %age of ppl who attended on second day. Insufficent

A and B together alongwith the information in the main statement talk about the total no. of ppl who attended the seminar, the percentages of ppl who attended on the first and the second day, but nothing about who did not attend. Nothing can be derived from these statements.
