How to correctly put double bachelors in MBA application?

Hi all,

When doing my undergrad, instead of getting one degree with a Major and Minor, I decided to put in some extra effort and get two degrees at the same time:
Bachelors of Science in Business Economics, and
Bachelors of Business Administration in General Management.

There is no easy way of putting this into the forms on MBA applications though...what I have been doing is putting in the institution twice with all of the exact same information except the degree name and area of concentration.

Is this correct or should I put the institution only once?
Do you think the admissions committee would find it annoying that I put the same information twice? Has anyone else done this, or heard of this?
Please share your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions!

Hi Rishi! I have a double major too. Did you graduate from both majors in the same year? In my case, I didn't. So what I've been doing is this:

Ateneo de Manila University
Bachelor of Arts in Communication (2011)
Minor in Hispanic Studies (2011)
Bachelor of Arts in European Studies, Business track (2012)

That's for my resume, at least. When it comes to answering online applications, I've found that most forms have the option of putting in a second degree.

You can also put the School within the University seperatly


So for exmaple:
University ZZZZZZ
John Q. Jones School of Economics
BA in Economics

Jacky J. Jersey Medical School
BSc in Biology.

(sorry for the ridiculous names)

I completed the degrees simultaneously from the same school, same college, same everything. Both degrees were received on the same date (05/06/2006).
How I've been putting them in so far is separately, as you both mentioned, plus the community college I went to:
3 degrees from 3 "institutions" (2 of the institutions being the same).

The only problem I've come across though was in Tepper's application form in the Unofficial Transcripts section. They expect a scanned transcript per institution. The transcript that I've got actually has all of the courses from both of the Institutions (plus IB and AP work from High School).
I attached the transcript once and got the following error messages:

University/Institution #2 A required field has been left blank. (In Section: Unofficial Transcripts)
University/Institution #3 A required field has been left blank. (In Section: Unofficial Transcripts)

I got the transcript from Facts.org, so there is no way for me to split up the transcripts accordingly. I think I will just upload the same transcript three times to clear the errors, unless you have any better suggestions.
