Q22. Circle C is drawn with center at (0,0) and radius = 4. If a line L passes through (rt(2), -rt(2)) is drawn perpendicular to C, what is the slope of line L?

I don't understand the points from which line passes.
Also if you know the official answers pls. tell us or just mention that u don't have them.
