I have 37 months of experience till date in finance services industry where I worked on developing automated trading products. I have a GMAT score of 740 (40 Quant, 50 Verbal). In terms of extra curricular activities, in college I worked for entrepreneurship cell for three years rising from the position of a volunteer to the position of Public Relations Manager. I also co founded an eclub which allowed students to interact with industry experts. I have been learning Salsa dancing for 1.5 years now and have given 2 stage performances. I am considering applying to the following schools:

Dear Siddharth,

You have the academic profile (GPA & GMAT) for a competitive application to any program. However, decisions are made on the total application package, so you need to use each application piece to your advantage to have the best chance for success. Based on the minimal information posted, it seems you have all of the pieces and thus must determine how best to present them. The 3 schools you note are excellent, but highly selective. While I think you have a chance with a strong package, you might consider adding 1-2 schools that are more reasonable/safety options to increase the likelihood you will be in business school next year.

Good luck,
Lisa
