"Analysis of Issue"
The most effective strategy for a company to use in order to maintain and increase profits over the long term is to maintain high ethical standards.

Discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the opinion stated above. Support your views with reasons and/or examples from your own experience, observations or reading.

The author Present the complex problem, whether to maintain high ethical
standards in order to increase profit. Many may go against the author stand but
on my view i agree with "Maintaining high ethical standard as the effective
strategy for the company to use in order to maintain and increase profit on the
long term.In next text i will light up the reason and with my observation on my
stands

The Main reason is the for long term benefit of company ,it should follow the
ethical standard both with in the employee and same to customer of that
company .for example if a company in order to gain high profit and steal the
deal can fellow unethical way to cover up the customer but in the later day it
will prove to wrong , this we may notice in some of day today life while we
watching TV we come across some which give false statement on its product
to boost up the sale but after when we try to use the product, we shun such
brands.

The second reason is for to withstand in market and to stand taller then other
competitor, we have follow ethical standard . success of the company
depends on the ethic for company which in term maintains the profit. For
example it is nature of the people who also count the ethical value of the
company when the deal or purchase the product . i had worked for a company
we have received order even at downturn based on moral values we had with
customer while the few other vendors failed to be in the supplier list.

In sum ,at starting stage we may give less important on ethical values but the
most effective strategy for the company in order to maintain and increase the
profit has to follow high ethical standard

In the first sentence, besides capitalizing "present", you should have written: "The author presents a complex problem." The description of the problem is not clear. Who is going dealing with this complex problem? Also, "to maintain high ethical standards in order to increase profit" does not seem to grasp the issue at hand (at least in my interpretation of it. Next, it should be the "author's" stand, and "in my view" instead of "on my view". You missed a quotation mark (") to complete the quote you took from the original prompt. Again, it's "in my view", not "on my view" (these are correct English idioms that should probably be mastered in order to show that you have a strong handle on the language). Finally, to "light up the reason" is not an English idiom, you could be trying to say "shed light on" but that doesn't work particularly well in this example.

That's what I have so far from the introductory paragraph at least.

I'm not really a professional grader - I would say 2.5 or 3. It's clear that you have many good ideas that you want to express; but it appears your control of the language in this essay is not fully developed. There are a lot of spelling and grammar mistakes that make it difficult to grasp the ideas that you present.

I would try and work with a tutor to fix these things if you want to score high on the essay portion.
