with A x B < 10. What is the two-digit number AB?
(A) 23 (B) 24 (C) 25 (D) 32 (E) 42
A*B < 10 [option C is eliminated]
AB
*CA
OEBC

C = A*B

Aplying this in Options--
A 23 * 62 = 1426
Not in the form OEBC

B 24 * 82 = 1968
Not OEBC

D 32 * 63 = 2016
Not OEBC

E 42 * 84 = 3628
This satisfies the form OEBC

Option E
