Is x < 20?
1. sum of x and y is < 20
2. y is less than 20

Using (1) x+y < 20
When both +ve, both the numbers will be <20
But assume, y = -5, then x can be >20 (-5+24 is still <20)

(2) says y<20. The example above still holds true. 2 possibilities. Insuff
