Alcohol fatalities

In the last three years, the number of traffic fatalities due to DUI (driving under the influence) infractions, which is usually caused by an abuse of alcohol, have decreased as a result of an aggressive public service campaign.

IMO C

1. has vs have
the number of requires singular "has"

2. DUI infractions has to be used instead of infraction as fatalities are a result of multiple infractions and not a single DUI infraction.
