Hi Odod,

You should be receiving emails on weekends as well as on weekdays. Did you not receive your emails this weekend?

I should mention that some email programs are categorizing the Study Guide emails as spam.
Did you check your spam email folder?

These e-mails should be arriving to you every day of the week. Can you let me know what was the last day you received? I'd be happy to reset you to that day.

Thanks--also, please be sure to add [email protected] as a contact in your address book. I suspect there may be something happening by the way your e-mail system is receiving these messages.

All the best,

Eric

Hi Eric and Brent.

I appreciate both of you helping me on this.

I have the address saved on my safe list on hotmail. It is also in my contact book so I should be receving the emails. I'm not sure whats happening. I did not recieve the emails sat, sunday and today (monday) but Its possible that monday's hasn't been sent out .

Can you try sending them to a different email address of mine - [email protected]? Maybe that will work better.

Absolutely! Can you please send me a private message and tell me what day you'd like to start from?

I am on Day 11, officially, but I am behind 1 day because I am taking one day off per week. So far I have gotten my emails, every day, including weekends. It's a good idea to monitor the arrival of the emails, even when one does not plan to use the 'day' right away.

Hi Eric and Brent,
It appears I may be experiencing the same issue highlighted in this thread.

I'm based in the UK and I use my hotmail email account to receive the daily emails for the 60 Day Study Plan. I received my first study plan email on Monday and I'd received emails for everyday since then. However, I'm yet to receive any email today. My emails normally arrive around 6.00am my local time (i.e. 1.00am EST). I'd rather the emails arrive a bit earlier; may be based on user's time-zone; but it isn't a show-stopper.

However, I'm yet to receive any email for today's study and it's already 4.00pm my local time (i.e. 11.00am EST). This is my first weekend into the study plan.

I'd appreciate it if you would look into this issue and hopefully resolve it.

Regards,

Raphael.

It was delivered; thanks a lot.

A quick one though, would manual intervention also be required for tomorrow as well as other weekends going forward? I'm just trying to understand how best to plan for this.

Regards,
Raphael.

Hey Raphael,

Normally we wouldn't need to manually send you any emails, but who knows! If you're still experiencing problems, please let me know and we'll try to fix them.

Hi,
Please could you send me the plan for today from the 60 day plan; it appears the email didn't arrive today.

Today is day 9 in my study plan.

Also could I request for the entire daily plans for the 60 day study plan to be sent to me as a single resource; this would allow me to perhaps complete the study in a more consistent fashion; I currently get the daily plan (when they do arrive that is) somewhat late in my study cycle.

Is there perhaps a 30 day plan (in a very similar format) as well?

Thanks a lot.

Regards,
Raphael.
