Do you think its would be okie if a non-professional accomplishment is used instead?

Dear malnv:

If the question is asked the way you have it posted, then I would assume you can use an accomplishment from a personal experience. However, I believe the school's preference is probably for you to write about a professional accomplishment and failure.
