You can be an admit provided you

1. Do a good self analysis and come up with essays which project you as a fit to the college in terms of leadership skills, intellectual maturity and potentially innovative candidate

2. You show great intent to join the college

3. You choose your college well

4. You choose your recommenders well and get impressive words of theirs.

5. You apply early.

6. You do good amount of brainstorming before projecting yourself

All these points not in order.

Schools will not automatically reject you on the basis of your GMAT. But with a 650 GMAT you would be below average for most 'good' B-schools & hence would need to justify your candidature through other parts of your profile.

Also I assume you are aiming for 1 year MBA programs, NOT Executive MBA programs.

Good Luck!
