I am confused b/w A and C

Why A is wrong ?
As,if we have a sentence such as this
eg : the house of XYZ area,a dream concept

A Question: is it right to say that "a dream concept" modifier can modify the house?
if yes then why A is wrong?
If no then can anybody help me with this this construction?

As written, the dependent clause "an example..." is referring to "Paris,France" and is too far from what it is intended to modify: "collection." The GMAT prefers modification to be much more clear and straightforward.

B is missing a verb. C correctly places "an example..." next to "all white collection" make the modification and the meaning clear.

D also makes the modification unclear, the "Designer" himself is not "an example."

In your example, "a dream concept" appears to modify the word "area." What is the MEANING here? When you have 2 sentences like A and C that are both grammatically correct, always compare the subtle differences in meaning and select the one that has the cleanest construction.
