Please evaluate my profile

Hi,

I took GMAT today and scored 660(Should I retake?). This was my second attempt. In the first attempt I had scored 640. I am looking for admission in Kelley School of Business Full time program for the year 2012 ( Will be applying in round 2)

My profile :

I am an Indian female. I have completed my Bachelors in Technology from a reputed institute in India with an average GPA of 3.7/5.

I have 9 years of work experience -

-Working in the US for Fortune 500 clients as a Project Manager in Business Intelligence (IT) projects for more than 4 years
-Worked in India for reputed IT consulting firms for 3 years
-Worked in India as a Lecturer in an Engineering College for about 2 years

I am also a certified Project Management Professional (This Certification is provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA)

Professionally I have received 2-3 awards in my recent company and currently working in managing multiple Business Intelligence projects in Supply Chain area. I am currently managing a team of 12 people.

You should be able to make a run at Kelley with those qualifications, but with 9 years of WE, you could also be attractive to many EMBA programs, especially globally-focused EMBA programs. Schools do not have to report their EMBA admissions stats to the ratings boards, so they are more forgiving on metrics such as GMAT scores. Your vast Work expereince and personnel managmement abilities could make you attractive, not to mention the facts that you are female and from India--two diversity differentiators which could get attention. The advantage of EMBA programs too is that you can keep your day job while you go to school.
