Please help evaluate my candidacy+What GMAT score do I need?

I'm going to start applying to schools soon but I'm worried that I am too young/have too little work experience to be accepted. Would appreciate some insight based on my info:
1) undergrad GPA = 3.2 but I know some schools just look at your last 2 years of study which would raise my GPA
2) degree = bachelor of commerce
3) will have 2 years work experience at start of MBA
4) female, 23

I have not written the GMAT yet. Will write in 3-4 months. What score should I aim for?
My first choice school is Schulich at York University but also applying to University of Manitoba and possibly other Canadian schools.

Your experience is in the lower end of the rainbow. But canadian schools are a bit lenient on that.

You definitely try to reach 700 to make up for other shorts.

Well, you should aim for the best score you can get!

If you want to know, have a look at the schools' mean and mid range GMAT scores, and that is a good starting point for every school.
so for Schulich we get the following:
GMAT scores:

Mean: 662
Median: 660

Middle 80% range GMAT scores:

From: 610
To: 720

which means getting a 660 would be a nice place to be, getting more would be better

Two years is a bit little work experience, and I'm assuming that you will also lack some of the stories others have, so what that means is that if you can strengthen other parts of your application (like the GMAT) it will help.
