I chose D. because in choice E the language is extreme: ultimately impossible, but this is the answer!

Hey guys,

The reason why you saw that was because you need to tick off "Family safe" when you upload the picture. I think the original poster might have hit "Adult Content" by mistake! If you just hit "Family safe," then everything will be OK.
