Hi,
Thanks for your post. While you seem concerned about your work experience, I don't see it as an issue. You should be able to discuss your two roles in such a way that demonstrates your success in two different industries. Many try to start their own businesses before applying to bschool only to realize that the venture isn't a success. The fact that you even took the initiative to go out and start the company speaks a lot.
Academically speaking you are in good shape with good grades and a solid GMAT score. I would encourage you to apply to range of schools. Typically I think it's best to apply to 4-6 schools with a mix of reach, target "safety" programs. You should consider applying to a couple of top 10 schools and then round out your list with a couple top 15-20.
