TOEFL

I am a non native english speaker with an bachelors taught in english, london business school have told me that if i do not wish to give TOEFL i can simply submit a certificate stating my degree was taught in english with principal signing it.

However, i am a little worried if this might be a disadvantage on my application. Should i give TOEFL or go for the certificate and avoid the hassle?

Submit the letter signed and sealed with the highest authority.

No need to go for TOEFL.

Save money, use paper

I never even submitted a certificate; just wrote a line in the optional part requesting a TOEFL waiver since 'my undergrad education was imparted completely in English etc etc'

So a certificate will be completely fine. Avoid the hassle as you say!
