Hi,

I am Prateek Bhargava from India.
I have about 3 yrs of work exp as Corporate HR Manager in one of the most reputed brands in India - Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (Market Leader in the Automotive Industry). I have worked in the field of Organization Development, Change Management Initiatives, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Compensation & Benefit. I report directly to the Joint Managing Director.

I have done my MBA specialising in HR (Gold Medalist) from MDI Gurgaon.
(One of the top 10 B-Schools in India - full fledged 2 year program)

I wish to do a Global MBA from one of the top B-Schools in the world (ideally 1/1.5 year program).
I wish to upgrade my knowledge level by majoring in the field of Strategy and Finance, gain global exposure and move towards the next league of companies wherein I can work in the future.

I have a strong list of extra-curricular activities and an excellent academic record.

I am planning to give the gmat this October 2011 and I am targeting to apply in the 2nd round of the above mentioned institutes.
I am expecting a score of about 710 in the GMAT.

Please suggest.

Rgds,
Prateek Bhargava

Prateek--thanks for your post. I just sent you a Pm since I noticed you also copied your post to my mailbox. One thing I didn't notice at first blush, is that you only posted 3years of WE. Typically, an EMBA program looks for 10 years plus. Just a thought.
