E
The 'As' construction is used with clauses. So A is out. B also has a verb error 'works'
D makes the verb error

Hi,
'as' can be used with prepositional phrases as well. Problem with A is the usage of 'which' for people.
B and D because of 'works' as the subject is plural in this case.
Choice E has two independent clauses connected by comma. It's a run-on.

Hence, C
