Humans have a longer stride than dogs,
but the frequency of their steps is much
slower.
A. is much slower.
B. is much more slowly.
C. are much slower.
D. are much more slowly.
E. are much less frequent.

slowly is an adverb:it requires a verb .Since there is no verb . The ans should be A
