Hi clemsoncandidate,

Thanks for posting. I hope the following answers your question:

1. Typically when companies agree to pay for their employees' business school education, the employee agrees to stay with the company for a set number of years post-graduation. If the employee does not, there is usually a clause where the employee needs to pay back money to the company. People do leave companies for new opportunities, but keep the above in mind.

2. For your GMAT, depending on which schools you most want to attend, you may want to take the test again. This is particularly true for UVA and Michigan. Remember that the GMAT test is self-reported on your application, so schools will only focus on your highest score. There is no harm in taking the test again (other than the time spent studying and the financial cost).

3. Internships do not typically count as years of work experience.
