Dear raabenb:
I think you have a good shot at many of the programs you listed below (all great choices). You are correct that small company experience will be a differentiator for you, but more importantly, you will want to convey the progression of your career in the past 3-5 years. The best ways to increase your chances of being admitted are to submit a strong application, visit the schools you are targeting, and take every opportunity to meet with a school representative (i.e., info session in/near your home, World MBA Tour near you, etc.).
