Dear Shashank Raina,

An applicant to an MBA program is not required to visit the campus at any point in the admissions process, but schools do like to see prospective students visit. While there might be a few schools that require an on-campus interview (should you be invited), most schools conduct interviews over the phone or Skype to accommodate those applicants that are unable to travel to the school due to resource constraints. It is best to check with the school's requirements prior to applying as the few that do make an on-campus interview mandatory usually note that requirement explicitly in their application materials.

Good luck,
Lisa
