I did BTECH-IT and aspiring to do an MBA.Does it worth doing MBA rather MTECH?Can i expect the synchronization between BTECH & MBA?if it is so,doing a distance course is valuable and worth considering for job opportunity?And which specialization of MBA is suitable for me?

A decision on whether you need to do M.Tech or MBA depends on what your long term career goals are. There is absolutely no connection between M.Tech (or MS) and an MBA.
There are many good distance learning programs. But that cannot compare to IIMs or Harvard. You havent given any concrete info regarding your expectations, so it is difficult to comment.
Regarding specialization, again your long term goal should drive that. There are many available. Consulting, Information systems, Marketing etc.
