Hi everyone! Well, my GMAT exam is 10 days away now (Thursday, April 3). I have been studying for 9 weeks, so I'm pretty much ready (well, as ready as I'm going to be). As of last week, I have only been working a few refresher problems ... no full blown studying anymore. I think I will continue with that strategy until this weekend. On Saturday I'll do one last GMATPrep exam and then spend next Monday and Tuesday doing some light review of concepts. Next Wednesday I'm not going to do anything so I can clear my mind a little.
Work has been ridiculously busy the past two weeks, so that has been tough to juggle with study time (although, I think I've handled it well). I have a major presentation to give this Friday at work (to 300+ of my company's managers!), so that is going to suck up my attention for the next few days as I prepare for that. Good timing, huh?! (RATS!!!)
I am really looking forward to getting this test out of the way! 8) On a positive note, my MBA application is all done and submitted, so the GMAT is the only outstanding item. I think I'm beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel!
BTW, I just have to share this ... the Pearson testing center I will be going to is located in a new building right next to a major freeway. It happens to be a freeway that I travel to and from work everyday. So, every morning and every evening I drive by it and see the big Pearson logo on the building. Each time I drive by I say outloud: "GMAT, I'm kicking your a**."
Maybe if I say it enough times, it will happen!
