This doesn't make sense to me if both populations are growing at the same rate. Looking at the answer is it J has twice as many ?

i think u better check the question. in five yrs how come in this world we have same population for both the country if rate of increment is same for both.

also the gentleman who has posted option c , cud he/she clarify the answer.
