Target Schools : MIT Sloan - LGO
Kellogs - MMM
ISB, Hyderabad
Ross
HBS

Intended Year of Appllying : 2012-2014 session

* I have few nice stories to talk about. I am more concerned about the fact that because of certain personal constraints I am being forced to apply with 3yrs wrk ex at matriculation.

Is it too early - Should I hold on for another year ? Ideally I would like to apply this year because of some personal issues. What would my chances be like ?

I would say you are safe applying this year. Three years is actually a good number for WE, despite the growing average. Remember that the economy has sent people back to school from the workforce who otherwise may not have gone, which has pushed up the average. The important thing is that you are offering a broad range of experience and what sounds like a high achievement period for you with a recognizable and well respected company. Moving up quickly in your career will be attractive to the adcom, and will not be seen as a detriment because it's "only" three years. Let us know if you'd like to talk more in depth about application strategy and how to help yourself stand out. Veritas offers free phone consultations.
