I was accepted in the Full time MBA program at university of Miami and at Pepperdine.
Which one will serve me better in the future?

Without knowing more about your goals and what you want to get out of a program, it would be irresponsible of me to advise you one way or the other. My suggestion is to research the employment profiles of recent graduating classes of each school to determine which has recruiters and hiring offers that are more in line with your goals, and of course to research each school thoroughly to explore which is a better fit for you in terms of classes offered, social environment, location, teaching methods, and general fit.
