Hello,
I recently learned about the Harvard 2 + 2 program. I'm really considering this option as I am still in my undergraduate. Its a dream of mine to even consider Harvard as a school. The problem is, I understand the program is designed to attract people who wouldn't normally go down the MBA path. I'm an accounting major from an accredited school in MN (GPA 3.55). I'm taking the GMAT soon and plan to score at least a 700. I've been taking on leadership roles in school by establishing accounting tutor programs (I can elaborate more if need be). I also have been running some bowling league programs were I'm helping run things by breaking down the price to charge per week and how prizes will be distributed for the 1st 2nd 3rd place teams...etc. I have done an internship at a small financial firm (I managed a program that taught clients how to use their fixed income and make it sustainable to live from). I also have some volunteering from the past few years. Anyway, my main goal is to try and convince them that without this program I wouldn't have gone down this route and it opens me to new doors (as many accounting majors only plan to get their CPA, never to see the class room again). Do you think this is possible, or do I need to stop dreaming.
Thanks.
