Hi guys,
took my gmat 5 days back and scored 680, quant:48, verbal 35. This was my first attempt and studied for about 4-5 days for about 15 hours in total. My profile: engineer from a not so known college in india and a mba from one of the top schools in the country, currently working in the banking sector in wholesale banking. Exp: about 5 years. engineering percentage: 60%, MBA GPA: 2.62. Since my acas are nothing to write home about, i was wondering if it will be worth my while to apply with this kind of score. Also my extracurrics are not special after school and i have been too lazy to ever think about commuity service except for a mandatory 2 month stint in engineering. Am targeting to change my field to consulting/non profit/social development from banking which sucks. I am looking at insead, lbs oxford, hec etc. is it a good enough to score to apply considering my profile or should i take the gmat again and try and score 700 and above.
