ib in australia - which school?

I am a canadian who wants to move to australia, get an mba, and work as an associate in investment banking or private equity in sydney. fairly specific goal

what school is the best way to get there?

is regional recruitment is heavy here? will a degree from an Aus. school help with permanent residence ? better to get a top20 from the US and then try and move?
schools: AGSM? Macq? Melborne?
