Taking a quant course to supplement GMAT

by MoeLuvsMoney » Mon Mar 07, 2011 10:26 am
Hi All,

My GMAT quant is just not there. Admittedly, this is not my strong point despite solid grads in undergraduate course work. Would taking a "Continuing Education Course" at the school help? At the very least, show that I am committed?

Example course: "Quantitative Reasoning and Mathematical Skills" or "Finite Mathematics for Social Science and Business"

Thanks!

I'm actually wondering the exact same thing. I am about 7 years removed from any math courses and didn't really take math passed the 10th grade. What sort of course would help with the math on the GMAT since I am pretty rusty with fractions, arithmetic, ect... Would a stats course be helpful?
